5 weeks left numbnes: 5 weeks is a long time for a migraine . F/u/ w/ neurology consider MRI of brain r/o MS, aneurysm, chiari malformation ,  Test for lyme , Zika, chikungunya virus, c psine pathology with c spine MRI ( though cheeck is usually from the brain  ,  f/u /w/ neurology

Possibly a sciatica: A sciatica is caused by an irritation of a nerve in the back that then can cause pain that runs down the leg like you are describing.  There are also potentially other causes as well.  Usually a detailed history and exam can determine the cause.  Thank you for your question.

i'm pretty sure i still have athletes foot and it isn't going away with creams! what else can i do?? itches burns and tingles. on soles of feet! thnx

Consider a powder: for athletes foot to help reduce moisture and improve comfort.  Powders, sprays, creams and ointments that contain antifungal medication are appropriate.  Treating or replacing the shoes you have been wearing, and decontaminating the shower/tub may help reduce re-infection.  Sometimes, prescription oral medications are used.

Sounds positional: Like a pinched nerve, i would recommend a neurology consult with emg/ncv.
An MRI of the lower back may be a good idea as well.

Change posture: Several possibilities.  You may be pressing on nerve tissue during your sleep positions.  Try to change  your sleep posture to see if it modifies the tingling.  Also try pillow under legs and be sure the sheet and blankets are not to tight and cramping your feet.  Also try socks at night to keep feet warm.  Do medical tests to rule out illness or problems.  See your doctor for a work up

Recommend detail neurological evaluation.
It could be simple pressure related nerve damage of the sole vs diffuse peripheral Neuropathy due to various causes.  Most common causes for Neuropathy are Diabetes and Alcohol abuse.
