Bone bruise: Means swelling in the bone, usually due to stress reaction or contusion. Non wt bearing and ice is the best treatment. Nsaids if tolerated. Could take up to 6 wks to resolve.

Unclear question: Bone marrow edema is not a clinical entity. If you have swelling in the foot or ankle, that could be due to many reasons, e.g., local injury, or abnormal veins; if both sides are affected, then it may be due heart failure, low blood protein, and side effect of some medications.

See orthopedist : Those findings especially at the dome of the talus was once osteochondritis dessicans.  To try and avoid further aritic findings talk to your doctor.  That talar finding is an "old" injury.  So too is enthesophyte ( spur)

Hoffa: pad is under your KNEE CAP (front of the knee!) 'root" refers to one of the cartilages" (menisceal) connection with the joint inner lining! You should discuss your pain which may in fact be due to a effusion ("water") in your knee!

When nonop tx fails: Surgery is not usually the first line of treatment for chronic injuries such as you described: degenerative (chronic) PHMMT, and patellar tendinosis (vs partial inferio pole tear). Nonoperative management: physical therapy, stretching program, NSAIDs, rest, ice, may all help considerably. Arthroscopy to debride a degenerative meniscal tear due to persistent mechanical symptoms may be needed later.

Not necessarily: Hip dysplasia is diagnosed by certain radiographic parameters on an ap radiograph of the pelvis. You could potentially have acetabular or proximal femoral dysplasia, but it's hard to tell if your symptoms correlate with any type of dysplasia.
