I presume that your EKG was also abnormal. These important findings are best evaluated by a cardiologist skilled in interpreting nuclear cardiac scans, and who knows all your findings. Coronary Angiography may be recommended.

In this case, the cardiologist is saying that the study shows an abnormality that is normal in most people. If you had some unique medical history or were in the ICU, then their interpretation may not apply.

Xray artifact: The word "artifact" indicates the radiologist thought perhaps there is nothing wrong at all, just some minor variation in the appearance of your lung tissue. OTOH, presumably the xray was done for a reason -- maybe symptoms that could be explained by such opacities? Speak with the doctor who ordered the xray. Good luck.

Hard to say: It means that your cervix is somewhat dark appearing on the scan. The cervix can have many appearances all of which can be normal. Just follow up with ob/gyn for a pelvic exam but most likely it's nothing.

If perfusion defect is seen on both stress & rest images and normal wall motion & wall thickness shown on ecg-gated spect then apparent fixed defect is an artifact of attenuation instead of an area of myocardial infarction.

Not clear by birth?: Attenuation is a sonographic term. Need more information before telling opinion. Infections can cause attenuation, poorly formed kidney can cause attenuation, some kind of cysts/masses can cause. Need to know whether it is uniform of attenuation of whole kidney or a part of the kidney alone.
