on 5/21/2021 i donated plasma, after i experienced syncope in which i passed out when boarding a bus. i went to the er & was deemed "ok". got a hard lump on right thigh after &sore all over. today bot feet swelled up. ideas on why that would occur?

: Appears that you had an episode of vasovagal syncope subsequent to the donation, but this does not explain the foot swelling, which may represent edema, and the cause of this process needs a rapid and full evaluation.  See your physician ASAP.

See details: It is impossible to offer specific advice without being able to examine the area first hand. It may be a lipoma which is a benign fatty tumor. If you are concerned, see a doctor.

i have developed a large very hard lump on my outer right thigh, it is big and has an indent underneath it, it does not hurt but looks odd ?

Needs evaluation: I am concerned about this description. I recommend an evaluation by your primary care physician or a surgeon to determine if you need a biopsy, or should just have it removed.  There are types of cancer called sarcoma which can grow like this.

Fibroma?: Most lumps are painless ... small benign fatty tumors/lipomas or epidermal cysts. The fact that yours is painful is notable. It is likely a dermatofibroma and likely requires no treatment, especially if it hasn't grown over the past year. But I would have it looked at by a dermatologist, just to make sure it doesn't have worrisome features. Very rarely a painful lump can be the beginning of cancer

Lipoma?: Most common cause would be a lipoma which is a benign (not cancer) growth of fat in the skin.  If it gets bigger, starts to hurt or changes character, see your doctor.

I do not know: Unfortunately, without an exam and a diagnosis, I do not know if it is serious or not.  Most lumps are benign such as lipomas or even small cysts or abscesses that may need simple treatment from a dr.  On rare occasions the lump may be serious.  Get the lump checked out to be sure.  Good luck.

? cyst: This could be a "sebaceous" cyst, or a lipoma. 
Need to know if it is inflamed, painful, mobile, etc., or not. Did it appear suddenly, or increase in size slowly over a period of time. Your family 
doctor should be able to tell you what it is.

Benign tumor: I may be a benign tumor called lipoma/ fatty tumor. If it is not changing size or not bothering nothing need to worry about. It is better have it looked at by a physician to alleviate the worries.

A few things : If a "red skin lump " is tender, has surrounding redness and enlarging, it may be a skin abscess from a bacterial infection. The body can sometimes "wall" these off without any treatment. A doctor performed incision and drainage may cure these +- antibiotics. Its better to see the doctor early rather than wait to see what your body may do.

what cause painful pinkish inner/dark red edgespatch with a pea size lump underneath it?  located on the lower innerright thigh close to knee.

Shingles?: Without being able to look at it, i would hesitate to attempt a diagnosis.  That being said, if it is painful, and has a "blister" look about it, it could be shingles, which can be treated.  Get it looked at soon as getting on the antivirals for it sooner would give a better outcome.  If, of course, it is shingles.
