Guilt/Anxiety : Anxiety over the guilt.could be related to Eustachian tube catarrh/obstruction

Get a teeth guard.: Try something like Allegra (fexofenadine) d 12 hour and also get a teeth guard to wear at night.

A cold or upper...: Respiratory infection can cause fluid in the middle ear and or eustachian tube dysfunction. This is usually temporary but can last from very short term to several months.

Ear: Generally ear problems wont cause problems in breathing. You should see an ENT for an evaluation including a hearing test

Middle ear or sinus: This  could be otitis Media and Sinusitis or both. The  blood could be due to infection or even ruptured membranes. You can discuss thsi  with your physician and if necessary see ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) specialist.

Ear: Could be impacted cerumen, eustachian tube dysfunction, serous otitis media, or acute otitis media. See ENT.

i have pressure, tightness, in my jaw going up on one side of my face into my ear. ear pressure, muffled hearing. no headaches. i have tmj, my joint protrudes out when i open my mouth, and severe clicking with a little pain. could it be tmj issues?

Coincidence?: Smoking (inhaling smoke, which is full of lung irritants and cancer-causing chemicals) of any kind is unhealthy. Weed is not needed for a normal life, in almost all cases (there are rare exceptions). Ear symptoms may be a coincidence or may be related to the smoking. If the ear pain never returns after one quits smoking, there probably is no problem. Otherwise, one's primary doctor can evaluate.

Eustachian tube: dysfunction.  The tube from the ear to the nose that allows air to pass to equalize pressure can be dysfunctional despite normal hearing tests.  This condition may improve with antihistamines and/or nasal steroids.  In the extreme case, placing a tube in the ear can be helpful.
