Polycythemia: Smoking anything deprives the body of oxygen and stimulates production of more red cells in compensation. Your doctor can order a carboxyhemoglobin level to see if this is an issue for you. There are numerous other causes of polycythemia: sleep apnea, benign and malignant tumors, and a bone marrow condition known as polycythemia vera. A high red cell count should be evaluated by a hematologist.

Unlikely: Screening drug tests, such as those used for pre-employment physicals, typically have a threshold that is set at a high enough value to eliminate the risk of "passive" exposure causing a positive result.

Some patients with severe nausea from chemotherapy find it works better than the strongest pharmaceutical drugs. Of course, it is always wise to address the source of the nausea if possible.

Decrease Testosteron: Many you are having heftier erections because you are less anxious. I don't know. THC reduces testosterone levels.

Just as with : Tobacco cigarettes - you may breath in some second hand smoke (especially if smoke is heavy in an enclosed space).

COVID 19:  Stop use of vaping pen ASAP.  Get seen now if struggling to breath. Rest, hydration, acetaminophen, decongestant, cough med &amp; nasal saline irrigation may help mild symptoms. Make sure to quarantine. Get emergency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face or new-onset of confusion.

Find reason to stop: Changing any behavior is hard. The starting point is to find at least one reason to change.  Recreational drugs are highly enjoyable.  Therefore, they are very difficult to stop.  Imagine you have a favorite hobby.  What would it take for you to give it up?  First step in helping someone quit drug is to help the individual find motivation to quit.  You can try yourself or seek professional help.
