A lot going on: I wouldn't think the urinary infection is the most likely culprit but you have other issues. Certainly, when a person has migraines, often with nausea, she often does not feel like eating &amp; can lose weight. Weight loss is also a common symptom of untreated depression. Then add a urine infection where you can just feel punk/not eat. You need a thorough evaluation &amp; treatment for all these issues

UTI: There are no "natural remedies" for UTI.  Klebsiella infection in a male patient suggests that there must be some predisposing factor, often an anatomic defect or physiological defect in the urinary tract.  My advice would be to see a doctor ASAP and be properly evaluated and treated.

It can also be an early sign of a water infection so I would try plenty of clear fluids first &amp; if you have any burning, stinging &amp;/or frequency, consult a health professional.
