It Depends: How long has it been since your last dental exam? Do you floss? Many things can cause bad breath including mouth breathing at night, smoking, build up on teeth, an abscess, improper cleaning methods, excessive use of alcohol or alcohol mouthrinses, or even your diet or some systemic disease.  You need to have a complete exam by your dentist and tell them that you have problems with your breath.

Oral hygiene: You may wish to consult a dentist to have your oral health checked.  I do not know of a systemic illness that may explain salty taste in the mouth.

: I assume you don't smoke. Oral hygiene and dental care are high on the list of causes and you're taking care of those. Do others comment on your bad breath. Some digestive causes,nasal pathology or metabolic alterations can be the problem. On the other hand if someone close to you doesn't agree that your breath is bad, you could be overreacting. Get the dentist's opinion.

i got sever sinuses makes my eyes v.itchy, red, sore. my ears aswell, there's a smelly liquid coming out,past 3 days i got eczema around my mouth, painful i heard this could all be due to sinuses how true is this? do i need a specialist, which one?

Tonsil stones: Aka tonsilliths are calcified materials that form in the crevices of the tonsils, composed mainly of calcium, some phosphorus and ammonia(hence the odor--halitosis).  The cause of this nuisance is unknown, but it is often considered harmless.  Simple removal with a curette or oral irrigation is often adequate to get rid of them. If u r concerned/bothered by it, consult doc. Good luck.
