Potentially : Although this sounds like the end or beginning of a cycle or potentially mid cycle ovualation.  If you have an abnormal discharge and an abnormal smell i recommend seeing a healthcare provider.  If you are bathing this frequently to get rid of the smell it likely will not work.

during past two months or so there has been anal discharge, excessive flatulence, and excessive mucus in my stool. it's still happening..wondering if maybe i got that from when someone peed in my rectum. ibd or std? infection? i have photo.

Many Possibilities: Could explain the symptoms. It could be an STD, a change in diet, IBD, or any number of things. They could all be from one cause or even multiple causes. I would start by seeing a physician,be frank about your sexual activity and request a VDRL and HIV screen to rule out STDs. In the US you can also get these done at most health departments for little or no fee.

Vaginal gas/air: The vagina routinely "swallows" air during exercise,sex, or straining movements especially in women who have borne multiple children. It will then be "released" often at inopportune, embarrassing times. Ir is not associated with vaginal  infection except in the case of severe Trichomonas  infection which is transmitted sexually.

BV is not a STD but reflects an imbalance in the vaginal ecosystem occurring when abnormal bacteria outnumber the normal ones. The primary symptom of BV is an abnormal, fish-like odorous vaginal discharge which noticeable especially after intercourse.  Rx: metronidazole

Apart from  this, there are several bacterial vaginitus', and parasitic, such as trichomonas, that can be aquired and re-transfered. Approach with caution-difficult to bring up, but you might suggest an ob/gyn visit.

Get tested: The only way to know for sure if you have an std is to see your doctor for an examination and appropriate lab testing.  A discharge can be due to many things.  You may have a yeast infection rather than an std, so get tested.
