Not likely: It is possible that during the day the water is accumulating in the dependent parts, such as legs. When you lie down water is mobilized and kidneys excrete it. It is important for you drink water as you are doing. You may want to increase your intake of water early in the morning.

i take cranberry pills sometimes just to flush out my kidneys and i drink plenty of water daily. im 22 the bottle says equivalent to 8,400mg of cranberry. is that too much? can that cause kidney stones? i read these pills can cause stones?

Not useful: Taking cranberry tablet is unlikely to be doing you any good, other than lightening your wallet. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless. 
Cranberry juice has lots of sugar, so be careful if you switch to juice.
Get HPV vaccine.

Minerals, hydration: Ample hydration is best prevention, whether still or sprkling water. Seltzer os carbonated watsr, no minerals. Mineral water (fizzy or not) has extra minerals that may or may not affect stone formation.  Club soda is seltzer with extra bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate). Effects may vary with thpe lf stone. this morning, i was peeing clear liquid every 10 minutes. i got a urinalysis done after and it didn't show anything except dilution. i didn't drink water yesterday. i also have a hx of a kidney stone. what could cause my clear urine then?

: DO you urinate a lot each 10 minutes, every hour, for the whole day? For instance 2 conditions that can cause frequent urination are diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus. Diabetes mellitus from insulin deficiency  from pancreas  and diabetes insipidus from deficiency of antidiuretic hormone from pituitary gland. You need to see your PCP for more testing -urine and blood to r/o these conditions

Bladder stone: The possibility of urinating a stone in the bladder depends on the size, usually if they are smaller than 10mm you can urinate without problems.  It is a good option to go to a urologist because when you tilt the stone it can cause urethral stenosis

Partly: If the stone are less than 0.5 cm drinking more water may help expel the stones. Drinking enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless will also reduce the risk of formation for new stones. However, you should see your doctor to ascertain if intervention is need to remove the stones already there.
