Small skin cysts: The breasts have a certain amount of excess tissue hanging over themselves.  At the point where the breast crease is overlapped a condition known as intertrigo can develop where sweat accumulates and small skin irritations and white pimples are noted.  This area should be kept very clean and dry.

Not Usually: Inflammatory breast cancer is an aggressive type of breast cancer that grows very rapidly and invades the lymphatics of the skin of the breast, giving the appearance of a breast infection;  the breast is often red, swollen, tender, with a rash--it rarely looks like a small pimple. Usually a pimple on the breast is just that. When in doubt, it's best to see your doctor.

 If gets irritated  apply vaseline or Aquaphor sparingly daily

See your PCP: if the bump on your breast is getting worse you need to be seen either by your primary care provider or a dermatologist. There is no way to say what it is without seeing it but anything that is getting worse rather than better is concerning. Hope this is better soon.

Pimples : Folliculitis is often caused by bacteria in the hair follicles.   There are antibacterial washes and lotions or oral antibiotics that a dermatologist can prescribe.

Infection?: Some "pimples" are small areas of infection.  When you squeeze them, the infection can spread into the surrounding tissue.  Usually your immune system will get rid of the infection but sometimes you can get a larger infection or abscess.  Best wishes!

i have a pimple on my right breast not on the areola but close , its small and the top of the pimple has a white dot , i kinda squeezed it and it looks just a bit bigger , is this concerning? i do sweat alot

Antibiotic : Start with topical antibiotic cream.  Try not to squeeze any more. If no resolution in a couple of days or if you develop more spots be seen.

Cyst?: It is not unusual and it could be a cyst , or infection.

Yes : Yes could be a pimple or boil most likely a sebaceous cyst .Any lump in the breast area requires an exam by a Doctor to make sure it's benign and treat it if it's an infected cyst
