Have it checked: Anything that comes and goes must be evaluated. Depending on your age, you want to make sure it's not something dangerous, and is benign. Only your eye doctor can tell you, by looking at it under the microscope, known a a slit lamp. Do that first, and you will feel better! Take care now.

Fleshy eye area: this is probably a granuloma or a little eye infection.  see an opthalmologist and they will take care of it.
