Virus and Stress: Canker sores (aphthous ulcers) may be caused by a virus that stays inactive in your body until you are stressed or experience illness such as a cold.  In addition, it could be caused by a vitamin B12 or vitamin d deficiency.  Take a multi-vitamin everyday,  spend some time in the sun,  and find ways decrease stress.  Your dentist or doctor can also prescribe an antiviral.

Doctor can evaluate: Tonsillitis can be viral or bacterial. Viral infections just get symptomatic treatment such as tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for pain. Sometimes, sore throat lozenges can help. Bacterial infections need antibiotics, so a doctor should evaluate. Strep throat is a common throat infection and is easily treated. One should always tell the doctor if a throat std might be the cause (to get the correct medicine).

Folliculitis: You should consult a physician to get treated . My guess is folliculitis which may be due to staph infection and it requires prescrption antibiotics.

Try applying ice.: Melissa officinalis or lemon balm (cream) expedites healing of cold sores. It can reduce healing time by half. Studies also show that regular use can help v recurrences.  Brief supplementation with lysine 1, 000mg orally three times a day at the onset, can also hasten healing. Your physician can prescribe oral valtrex (valacyclovir).

Little to no chance: Cold feet at night is mostly a nerve response.  It is common for normal healthy people to get cold feet.  Your body is going to rest mode and is diverting the blood away from your feet.  Ulcers are from pressure points, poor arterial circulation ( rest pain or can't walk a certain distance due to pain) or venous usually in the inside ankle due to swelling.

Pressure relief: Is what is needed in addition to good nutrition. Prostat is a protein drink (good) that may help poor nutrition, but will not do anything to relieve pressure. She needs better padding, periodic offloading, and good wound care to prevent a small ulcer from becoming a much bigger problem. This may be partially failure to heal, but usually is a failure to reduce pressure on bony areas adequatelely.
