vitiligo white hair/beard spots, can i remove those spots and do a hair plant for normal color? is there any solution? i'm 21 y/o vit doesn't spread

Unclear: Do you mean that you have pigment loss on your skin at the beard area?  If so, it is not possible to remove a depigmented spots. However certain treatment such as UvB-NB phototherapy may help restore pigments for some people. In addition, one needs to rule out an autoimmune process leading to the pigment loss.

husband has a fixed spot on face where 1 white hair follicle of thread like texture appears  which is easy to pull out too. any idea what this cud be?

In grown hair?: sounds like this is an in gown hair.  If it is troublesome and you can remove the hair, you should do it.  Clean the skin week before trying.  If this does not work you should see a dermatologist.

Permanent: They are either genetic or traumatic, and either is not going to change absent hair dye. How are you "suffering"? It is part of what makes you unique.

i have grown a beard lately and underneath it are painful spots, sebaceous cysts and in groaning hair. what's best to clear them up before i shave it off?

Beard: I think I would shave the beard off and then I think clean with warm soap and water and this should help the cysts to clear up

May not go away: See a dermatologist or a cosmetic  or plastic surgeon and see if they can fix it. Take care.

Dermatologist: This may be alopecia areata which is a temporary loss of hair in one or more patches. Emotional factors may play a role. Thyroid or autoimmune disorders may be associated.  A dermatologist is best qualified to evaluate the patient for,testing, diagnosis and treatment advice. There are many treatment options for alopecia areata and recurrences can occur.

i have folliculites, using oxytetracycline doesnt work, really bad red spots in hair and beard, using dettol water mix in my hair, what else can i do?

Usually the tetra--: drugs work.  The germ must be causing the infection must be resistant to it.  See your doctor about an alternative antibiotic

It sounds like: You are dealing with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.  Often with time(months or more) and regular sunscreen use, this will fade.  But there are creams and physical treatments like chemical peels or laser based treatments that can improve appearances too

i'm a 29 y/o male & notice that once in a while i get a single white hair growing in the corner of my beard. it's usually drier & thicker than the rest of the hairs. is this the beginning of ageing for me or could there be another cause for the hair?

: That hair follicle is not adding melanin to the hair.  I would do family tree on beards and see how  it runs in your family.  In some it runs and others it gallops.

Not yet: At this point you can't stop white hairs from appearing. It is a part of aging. However it can also be due to stress, so if you try to lessen the stress, that can help. There was a cream out there that stops grey/white hair but it isnt on the market yet.
