Interesting: "sinus" discharging small amount of white liquid is likely only skin deep & possibly from a hair follicle or tiny sebaceous cyst at surgical incision site. Think of it as some skin cells, buried under the skin, producing liquid that has to escape. Can be dealt with by a mini surgical procedure to excise the "sinus". Your urologist will be able to take care of this. It isn't serious.

Accepted Answer

Depends: It depends on the size of the hole and the symptoms it creates. Abnormal heart pressures or chamber size, or repeated chest infections are reasons for surgery.  Follow up with the cardiologist as they request.

can a small sinus infection affect testosterone levels? i have to get my t levels tested in 2 weeks and i have been sick for a week already.

Probably not: Testosterone may be affected by chronic serious infections such as hiv, tb, etc. Psychological stress, alcohol, injuries or surgery, medications, obesity  can also contribute to its onset. Most of these effects when greater than moderation.

May be nothing: Where are these sinuses? How were these noted? Do you have any symptoms? 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

: No harm in that. sometimes they do heal by themselves. You can always have surgery specially if  symptoms not bad- avoid constipation, try Sitz baths 3x a day and keep area clean. Good luck

Unlikely: Small mucus retention cysts are common findings in sinuses imaging, unless it obstructs sinus drainage or cause recurrent sinusitis, rare, it is just observed, a coincidental finding. At any rate the doctor who ordered the MRI, for whatever reason can explain, if you do have other sinus problems, see an ENT specialist, good luck

Viral: Likely viral labyrinthitis or vestibular neuronitis.  This is usually self- limited and should clear with time.  However, it is worth seeing a doctor, to make sure that you don't have a bacterial infection, as well.

Possible : Possibly, you may need antibiotic with ear infection and sinusitis, but for proper antibiotic we need to see your ear and throat. Go to minute clinic or urgent clinic or your doctor, please.

Mucus: This appears to be mucus plugs which may be due to excessively dry conditions like too much air conditioning. A sinus infection is less likely a cause unless you recently had a prolonged head cold. In this case the mucus is usually discolored yellow or greenish and there may be associated nasal congestion and headache

can you poop with a bowel obstruction? im doing small pieces but its getting softer. i took milk of magnesium last night at 8 pm. its 9 am now. i do have a mild fever but also have sinus or cold symptoms. i plan go doc for that. ty?

: What you described is more consistent with constipation than obstruction. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.
