i had a lymp as big as small marble come up on my forearm, very tender to touch, no redness, went down in about two hours. you can still feel a small ?

Not a lymph node: There aren't any lymph nodes in forearm. Possibilities include reaction to an insect bite. As long as it's improving would not be concerned.

Skin lesion: How long has it been there? Has it changed in size,shape, or color? I would suggest not touching it as it can aggravate the site and possibly cause an infection. The other thing you should do is see a dermatologist and he/she can determine whether to remove it and/or biopsy it to get more information.

could the change of the mole on my arm be serious? recently a very small mole on my arm has become darker and smaller. it has a small red ring around it. it doesn't hurt at all only a little when i poke it. also it definitely wants to come off but i'm not

While i don't really have enough medical information to give you a diagnosis, considering that melanoma is one of the most deadly cancers, and the incidence has skyrocketed, the best and safest thing to do is see a dermatologist and have it biopsied as soon as possible.

Can't tell: Many bug bites give a similar reaction and thus there is no way to guess what that may be. If you live in tick-infested area, be sure that it is not from Lyme disease. See your doctor if you wish to find out.

How long?: If this has been present for a few days and is getting smaller, just watch it for another week. If this has been present for a long time, ask your doctor to take a lot at it. If it blanches when you press on it, then it is likely a small hemangioma.

has it grown during the last 6-12 months? 
Does it bleed to trauma?. There are about 31 causes such as: hemangioma, keratosis pilaris dermatofibromas, cherry angioma, mosquito bites, etc.
Laser therapy will get rid of the lesion. First must be inspected by a dermatologist
