hi. i have a single small red non painful and non itchy bump on my forearm and it have lasted for 2 weeks.

Red bump in forearm: I need more information. For how long you had it?, does id become white to compression?
has it grown during the last 6-12 months? 
Does it bleed to trauma?. There are about 31 causes such as: hemangioma, keratosis pilaris dermatofibromas, cherry angioma, mosquito bites, etc.
Laser therapy will get rid of the lesion. First must be inspected by a dermatologist

i have a few clusters of 2-3 small red itchy bumps on my forearms. the ones near my arm fold spread to my upper arm when they get blistery. help?

Poison ivy?: Cluster of skin lesions could be from poison ivy to herpes simplex, and many different conditions. Poison ivy type of contact allergy should have some history of exposure. If it stays on one area for a long time without spreading, herpes simplex maybe considered.

Itchy bumps: Can be from different causes, you need to have them checked by a doctor to identify them ANS treat them properly.

Need evaluation : Your concern of scabies can be rule out by examination by dermatologist , have skin scrapping for scabies can be done. Other etiology to be look into this too. Not a bad idea treat empirically for scabies?
