Perhaps: The red line is just inflammation/infection following the lymphatics. Lymphatics are channels carrying "foreign" material towards a lymph node, which is a sieve in the body. It filters out "foreign" material. So, this just means that your immune system is function. Worry only if you have a fever, chills, sweating, pain, marked tenderness or redness over the area.

my left arm was very sore and achy for two days. i now have a rash on my upper arm and a small red rash on my hand which is now sore and tingles.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination. Your symptoms suggest Shingles. If the rash has become vesicle, please consult a doctor.

Allergy to food?: Good morning,                                     it is likely an allergic reaction to either chicken or to the flavoring agents used to cook. Medications such as benedryl may provide a temperorary  relief. You may have to try again later with just boiled chicken in future to rule out a reaction to flavoring agents.

See your doc: difficult to say what the cause is without additional hx and time sequence of lesion and pain. Suggest you see your doc for further eval and possible tx, esp if problem has been going on for a few weeks or more.

3. Any muscle weakness?
4. What sort of work do you do?
5. Are you left/right handed?

Maybe: Cervical stenosis is caused by the opening in the vertebras of the neck being too small to allow the spinal cord to move freely.  A nerve may be pinched as it comes off the main cord, and cause back pain, especially upper back and arm pain.  Please see your doctor to have an exam and maybe some imaging to help figure it out.

Hard : Hard to relate the soreness and the mole but both of them should be checked out regardless. While the mole is likely nothing serious, a painful lesion anywhere should get checked out. Likewise, soreness unrelated to trauma or overuse should get checked out. Best of luck.
