Many possibilities: There are many things that could cause the skin to itch.  Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Folliculitis: Inflammation of the hair follicle occurs for many reasons, but when associated with shaving usually is caused by a dull razor, sensitivity to the shaving/ hygeine product or friction by clothing.  Trauma from hair extraction through waxing may also produce this.

This could be a problem of insect bites such as bed bugs,etc and it would be important to have a specialist diagnose the condition as soon as possible so that whatever treatment you need, even if it's not an insect problem, can be started without much delay.

Itchy rash: Itchy rash. Last menstrual period? Make sure you're not pregnant. LMP? Past medical history? Most likely, you are having an allergic reaction to something you touched in that area. There are other possibilities. You can try over the counter topical steroid and benadryl to treat the itch. Bites or bumps: could either be insect bites or a local skin reaction to the weeds. Either way and antihistamine will relieve the symptoms.

Possible spider bite: I suspect that this is from a spider bite which tends to spread in the tissue and cause infection.  Go to urgent care to get it checked out if your doctor cannot see you now.

Viral?: This may be from a viral or drug reaction. If the bumps come and go within hours, try taking antihistamine. If they lasts over 24 hrs, try topical hydrocortisone.  If the problem worsens or persists for for more 2 weeks. see your doctor.

This : This is one of those situations where "a picture is worth a thousand words"--really needs to be seen by a medical professional.  Eczema is common in children and can occur on trunk and extremities.  Topical moisture with heavier, cream-type moisturizers is best for eczema.  If it does not resolve, it may require topical prescription medication.  But a quick "eyeball" visit will clarify the issue.
