Nothing really: It means just that. Pupil size is based on your eyes/brain determination of light need for vision. Some medications can cause small pupils.

Not Really: Pain killers (opioids) can cause small pupils or pupillary constriction known medically as miosis. This is generally a dose related phenomenon and the pupils will become pinpoint at higher doses. There is no way to reverse this unless you stop the medication.

Difficulty falling: asleep is often associated w/anxiety while waking up early and not returning to sleep is associated w/depression.  Periodic waking is associated w/overall light sleep.  Please see you doc who may order a sleep study.  A psychologist can help w/stress management.   Natural treatment includes melatonin supplement but w/professional guidance.  Stop all stimulants after noon. Insomnia not fatal.

why do i feel a numb sensation in my toungue and difficulty swallowing with small pupils and difficultly hearing occasionally? my symptoms started after an anaphalctic reaction to antibiotics. i was hopsitalized for cellulitis at the time for cellulitis.

It : It certainly sounds like a residual problem since your anaphylaxis.  I am glad that you have seen specialists to review your symptoms.  It sounds like it has been frustrating to not know a cause for the continued problem.  The next specialist that i would advise you to see is an ENT (otolaryngologist) as you may need a scope to see if there is a residual problem, that is causing your difficulty swallowing especially.
