Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. Pain in the right lower abdomen could be appendicitis. The pain is usually severe with nausea and low grade fever

i have had 2 prior c-sections. i am pregnant with my 3rd baby. is it possible as your abdomen grows that the prior stitches on the scar can start poking through? i have two small black spots that have appeared on it and it hurts to mess with them.

Possible: Most sutures for that purpose should be absorb-able. However, could been that nonabsorbable sutures were used given second section.  Sounds like a possibility. I would let your OB/GYN know about the procedure.

Yes: At 30 weeks the babies are constantly changing positions  .. As long ad you are getting the feral kick counts 2x a day and you are measuring appropriately at your visits all should be fine...

Pregnancy: Depending how far along the pregnancy is, the growing uterus (womb) creates less room in the abdomen for the digestive process. After a meal, the intestines may make your abdomen feel larger than normal, and this is a result of filling the intestines with food products which cause the apparent different sizes of your "stomach".
