Go to the Er : Chest pain is a serious complaint. The best thing to do is get checked out at the emergency room as soon as possible.

Unlikely: There are some arm and subclavian dvts but usually with substantial arm swelling.
Lower DVT with pulmonary embolism can cause chest pain and shortness of breath.
Usually severe.

for the past about week, i have had a small crook-pain in my right chest. but only when i lay down in my bed, & breathe in. weird?! bed hurting lung?

More info needed: I don't think your bed is hurting your lung.  However there are a few conditions that could cause some discomfort in the chest.  I would think seeing your doc about this would be a good idea.

Chest pains: Such fleeting  sharp chest pains are usually not heart related or even due to lung disease unless there are other symptoms like cough,fever,or wheeze. Mild pinched intercostal nerve or muscle which run between 2 ribs are more likely causes and can be felt with a deep breath.  These usually resolve on their own. See your physician as needed.

Chest pain: Chest pain in a 14 year-old is very atypical especially when it hurts when he doesn't move. Is it positional? Worse with a deep breath? Was he doing anything athletic or traumatic within the last week? Is there a bruise or discoloration at the site? Has this ever happened before? So many questions....Best thing to do is have it checked by a doctor who might be best to get a chest xray to start.

Yes: Stress is a common cause of chest pain. That said, stress can also be related to heart attacks and heart related chest pain so that it still needs to be checked out even if you are under stress.

Yes: Chest pain is always worrisome. Though young the cause should always be investigated.

Ditch the caffeine: It's unlikely that at 19 this is a serious heart problem.  Caffeine can make people jittery and cause fast and sometimes anbormal heart rhythms. It sounds like you should stay away from caffeine. Reasons to seek a doctor would be if you are having passing out or near passing out episodes, palpitations, or if there's a history of young people dying suddenly in your family.

what to do if i sometimes get a small nagging chest pain on the right side of my body about 2 inches below the nipple, but im anybody know what it may be?

Many possibilities: A person with chest pain needs to be evaluated and treated appropriately.  Multiple possible causes may be: heart attack, esophageal reflux, anxiety, musculoskeletal, pneumonia, pulmonary embolus, and aortic dissection.  Have it evaluated right away to prevent potential serious complications.

Probably not: If the symptoms are improving, you do not need emergency service. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
