Blue Bumps: There are a number skin conditions that cause lumps and bumps to appear on the surface or just below the skin. Some of the most common ones include the following:
skin cysts
cherry angioma
dermatofibromas
epidermoid cysts
folliculitis
keratosis pilaris
lipomas
neurofibromas
 venous lake.

after losing 45 lbs, i have tiny lumps under skin of my abdomen. they are fairly mobile, small, and there are dozens. are they accumulations of fat?

Possibly: These could be fat nodules or cysts. However it could be something else. Please see a dermatologist to have these evaluated.

Abdominal cyst: May be lipoma or cyst  or fibroma would consider ultrasound  to identify it and follow up with  surgeon. May or may not need biopsy or excision depending on imaging findings.

Possibly lipomas: which are benign fatty masses.  These can occur anywhere, are localized and occasionally even tender.  You may want to see your family physician for a check up to see exactly what they are.

i'm 18 i have a small lump under my skin on my upper abdomen. it has swelling but only the lump itself hurts when touched. should i be worried?!

Possible Hernia: A hernia is when the muscle in the abdomen splits and allows the tissue underneath to poke through. This sometimes creates a bump on your abdomen, but not always.  Hernias can be repaired with routine surgery. You need to have this evaluated by your doctor as untreated hernias can become strangulated and cause severe problems.

lost some weight & have some loose skin near abdomen. can this be tightened with ab exercises or do i need surgery. you can't see it but 2 doctor said i don't need surgery. is surgery ever not needed?

Loose skin: Loose skin doesn't usually respond to exercise. Healthy diet and time may help, but there are other nonsurgical options to explore. You could look into laser treatments, and radiofrequency treatments. Ask a cosmetic dermatologist for help.

Rash: Rashes are hard to diagnose sometimes when you are looking at them.  Impossible to diagnose without even seeing them.  You need to see your doctor.

i have very sensitive skin. days ago i started with a small rash on my mid abdomen . today i woke  with my whole mid abdomen raised & fiery itchey.

Needs to be checked: The rash needs to be checked.It may be some kind of Contact Dermatitis or an allergic rash.
But  we can not say with certainty what it may be.You can try using over the counter Hydrocortisone cream and over the counter Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for itching and consult your Doctor or a Dermatologist asap to confirm the diagnosis and treatment with local cream and if indicated short course of oral steroids
