Labial lumps: Most likely, they are enlarged sebaceous glands, which secrete oil from beneath the skin to the surface, and is used to normally lubricate the skin and mucosal surfaces and hair follicles. It is totally harmless. Other possibilities include genital warts, vestibular papillomatosis, angiokeratomas, cysts, and others. You should see your ob/gyn or primary care doctor for evaluation.

Get an exam.: There are many things that could cause a bump in the vagina.  The best thing to do is have an exam, so that your doctor can see where exactly the bump is, color, if it is tender, etc.

Cyst: It may represent a cyst or small abscess. Do not try to lance this at home. See a physician who may anesthetize it and perform an incision and drainage if necessary.

: The Bartholin's glands are located on each side of the vaginal opening.  When the openings of these glands become obstructed, causing fluid to back up into the gland and form a cyst.  The result is relatively painless swelling called a Bartholin's cyst. If the fluid within the cyst becomes infected, you develop a collection of pus.  See your primary care provider.

Without the image. .: It's hard to know what you are describing without the image, but it sounds like a placental chorioangioma, which is usually a benign finding. Google that, and look at "images" to see how it compares to what you've got.  By the way, the small circle is the yolk sac.

PROBABLY CYST: Small, usually benign, cysts commonly occur on the labia minora and majora,  See a board-certified gynecologist for reassurance and/or removal.

Unlikely: Hemorrhoids protrude from the anus, not by the vagina.
Perhaps a gland- cyst.
