Get it checked out: It is most likely a small lymphnode or a cyst, but bacterial infection with klebsiella ganulomatis is possible, often starts as small, painless nodules appearing after  10–40 days following contact with the bacteria. Later the nodules burst, creating open, fleshy, oozing, and infection continues to destroy the tissue until treated. Not to scare u, but should consult doc if worsens. Good luck.

Sounds like it. : Hernia can come out in the groin, usually goes back on when you lay down or push it in. Possible hernia needs to examined and if you do have one get it fixed because there is a risk of a piece of bowel getting caught in it and dying. It can be fixed with a one hour surgery in outpatient (same day) surgery. Recovery is 1-2 weeks and you will have to lay off the weights a bit. Stay well!
