Itchy bumps: Can be from different causes, you need to have them checked by a doctor to identify them ANS treat them properly.

Rash: A rash is best diagnosed and treated when it is visualized by a doctor, who can then make an appropriate recommendation. If the itch is driving you crazy, try topical Hydrocortisone cream, an oral antihistamine to calm down itch, and cool showers or baths until you can see the doctor as soon as possible.

Contact Dermatitis: Localized itchy rash around area of metal belly piercing is concerning for a possible contact dermatitis. Contact allergens include metals (most commonly nickel), glues, plastics, rubber, fragrances, etc. Avoidance is mainstay of treatment along with topical steroid creams. See an Allergist if you are concerned. Diagnosed by allergen patch testing.

Reaction: This may be a reaction to the medications during surgery, medications you are taking now or the antiseptic solution used at the time of surgery most likely. Call your md and ask to be seen if this does not clear.

Such: "confined" localized skin eruptions are usually due to a CONTACT (Poison ivy-like) allergic reaction... What are you wearing when this happens??????

Could be: I am guessing that you just shaved there past day or so? Usually a soothing cream (vanicream aveeno (oatmeal) aquaphot) with no fragrance should help....It should heal itself ... But if very red and tender see your dr. To be sure you don't need a prescription cream. An antihistamine might also help .Allegra etc just read the labels. Good luck.

Chicken pox?: Have you ever had chicken pox or been immunized against it? If not it sounds suspicious.Of course, without seeing a picture or the rash itself any diagnosis is speculative. In any case consult with your physician.
