keratosis pilaris
lipomas

 venous lake.

Many possibilities: A lump under the skin could be as a result of different reasons of which could include an ingrown hair, lipoma, ganglion, abscess, or an inflamed lymph node.  Have it evaluated by your physician to get the appropriate treatment.

Hard to tell.: Folliculitis?  Contact dermatitis?  Shingles?  Hard to tell by just that description.  A consultation, either with us or locally, would help us to better determine what may be going on.

Bump: If it was just a blunt trauma from the blow and no other symptoms were present like change in vision, passing out, major headache, etc, I'd only observe it and would apply an ice pack and if there is some local pain, take Ibuprofen or Tylenol (acetaminophen). Typically, this should be enough to get over it.
