Purple : Purple penis spots should be evaluated by your physician.  A urologist, dermatologist or primary care doc should be able to point you in the right direction.  It could be a totally harmless condition such as an angiofibroma, pearly penile papule, or trauma.  Harmful conditions of the penis could include kaposi's sarcoma, genital warts or bowens disease.  A biopsy may be necessary to differentiate all of the above possibilities!

Needs to be examined: This is most likely a benign lesion but confirmation with a urologist or dermatologist is necessary.

Maybe not: If a bit of foreskin is stuck onto the glans (on an older child or adult, NOT on a baby or young child), it is usually easy to fix at the primary care doctor's office. Usually, it just takes a firm, steady, strong tug... and bingo, the foreskin peels off (with perhaps a brief squeal from the owner of that foreskin).

Smegma, not pus: This is a collection of dead cells from inner surface of foreskin + cells from surface of penile glans. Two layers of skin or touching each other so that sloughed cells can not fall waay like dandruff on the head. Cells collect together into little or not sop little "pearls", which work there way out from under the foreskin and appear like little pus pockets. In fact normal foreskin separation.

: If the bleeding stopped then keep area clean, apply OTC antibiotic ointment refrain from manipulating the foreskin for10-14 days. If still not OK see a Urologist

: Herpes is essentially transmitted from skin to skin contact rather than from other objects. Getting a herpes infection from a toilet seat is considered highly unlikely even though the virus can survive on objects for hours but starts to degrade quickly outside the body. I don't think it would be something to worry 
 about.

Doctor can check: Every year, at his annual check-up with his pediatrician, his doctor looks at the penis and testicles to be sure that they are at the correct stage of development for his age. If the genitals are underdeveloped or overdeveloped for his age, his doctor will investigate. If he is not due for his annual check-up anytime soon, he can make an appointment just to have his penis and testicles checked.

Could be: Could just be skin discoloration. Just watch for a while. If there is any change in size or shape see your doctor
