i have a small clear liquid like blister underneath my tongue.. it's right in front of my mouth what could this possibly be? it just came up today.

Viral: That type of blister is very common and usually will resolve on jt's own.  It will eventually rupture, and become more painful, then resolve.  Good oral hygiene and avoidance of oral contact with others is best at this point.

i was diagnosed with hand,foot, mouth around 4 dec 2018. however, the blisters on my hand and feet have cleared up. but my lips are still struggling. they are ashy, small flat blisters , quick to dry up.  may you please advise ?

May now be eczema: Persistent chapped lips may be lip eczema and can be treated like skin eczema, using a week of hydrocortisone, and Aquaphor to retain moisture. Sometimes lipsticks or sunscreen chemicals are causing an allergic reaction on the lips. Other times, a person is has become lip-licker after a lip illness (it's his habit). Once cracked, lips get irritated by routine foods and juices. Dermatologist helps.

Fever Blisters: Fever blister, also known as herpes simplex most likely. You can see a doctor to have a viral culture sent tothe lab for confirmation.  These extremly common in the general population.

See below: Sounds like a cyst of salivary gland in lip aka mucocele. Benign. Fp/ent can treat it. Trauma to lip can cause them; can recur if not removed completely.
