i have small blebs on my lungs and my left side chest pains when i breath in deeply. i consulted a pulmonologist he said their is no any treatment required and he said my blebs are not very large to remove it surgically. what might be solution on it?

: If the blebs are very small, they are also not likely causing your chest discomfort. If there is no etiology from your lungs or heart to account for the discomfort, it may be musculoskeletal in origin. There are muscles, cartilage, bones, etc. that make up the chest wall and any of these structures can cause discomfort. Your doctor can diagnose and treat this issue. Good luck!

Chest pains: Such fleeting  sharp chest pains are usually not heart related or even due to lung disease unless there are other symptoms like cough,fever,or wheeze. Mild pinched intercostal nerve or muscle which run between 2 ribs are more likely causes and can be felt with a deep breath.  These usually resolve on their own. See your physician as needed.

i had moderate left sided chest pain with dizziness after drinking a small amount of caffeine.ive had a similar experience before? what should i do?

Ditch the caffeine: It's unlikely that at 19 this is a serious heart problem.  Caffeine can make people jittery and cause fast and sometimes anbormal heart rhythms. It sounds like you should stay away from caffeine. Reasons to seek a doctor would be if you are having passing out or near passing out episodes, palpitations, or if there's a history of young people dying suddenly in your family.

Chest pain: chest pain exactly reproducible by local palpation is considered due to a chest wall origin(inflammation) and is not of cardiac origin

Press the: site of your pain.  If you can elicit the same response, then its probably muscular.  I see  you 've listed ischemia as a condition.     If you to have cardiac ischemia, see your cardiologist for further treatment ( left heart cath/stent placement).

6 months chest pain: In a 25 year old, these test results would likely be normal. But 6 months of the discomfort you describe is something that should be evaluated. You describe symptoms as 'itchy'  which sounds like a more external chest wall or skin problem. A chest wall muscle strain or rib injury might be the cause, and can last for months, but you may need to see a dermatologist for a localized skin condition.

Consider acid reflux: If your cardiac workup - echo, ekg, and bloodwork are all normal, you could be showing signs of chronic acid reflux.  
It depends on where on the left side it is and what brings it on, how often, what makes it better/ worse, and what other symptoms go with the pain.  
If it is acid reflux, you need to take an antacid, possibly prescription strength, daily.

Probably not serious: Chest pains are usually worrisome because of the concern about their being due to heart disease, especially coronary disease.  Sharp discomfort is not usually coronary in origin.  Most often, these are chest wall (musculoskeletal), and resolve spontaneously or after simple remedies.  Gastrointestinal or pulmonary causes may play a role, less commonly pericarditis (inflammation of sac around heart).

Exam: At your age and without the advantage of your clinical history and exam, i would recommend you contact your doctor for a good exam with whatever he/she feels appropriate given the entire picture.  There are a number of possibilities ranging from the trivial to the deadly serious.
