Yes: Size of the cervix should not prevent a normal vaginal birth.  A cervix too short, too early can lead to preterm birth.  Close follow up by your dr can help predict a risk.

Time for consult: If you have been having unprotected sex with your partner for more than a year & not conceived, a workup at a fertility center may be the best way to find answers. Both you & your partner will need to be evaluated. Your regular OB can sometimes start the process but the center can study you both & provide information on assisted pregnancy if needed.

Cervical ripening: Ask your doc if they can give you medicine to place in your vagina to ripen your cervix the night before, and try again in the office.

Plenty: Bad hips make it difficult to position you for surgery, heart disease, poorly controlled diabetes, any infection, any blood clotting disorder would be some of the common contraindications for this procedure. Good luck

: Cervical inflammation will cause light bleeding after contact.  See your GYN physician who may cauterize the cervix or order additional testing (repeat pap smear).

Spotting: Irregular spotting is  one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &amp;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Maybe : A nabothian cyst is a possibility. A physical exam is the only way to find out.

in early preg. have small hemorrhage in cervix. have been throwing up. it's so bad that it makes my stomach sore. could it make the hemorrhage worse?

No : Vomiting can make previously present
come out of the vagina. It will not make new blood. There are many medications available to help with your nausea and vomiting. Ask your doctor.

Probably normal: There are a number of reasons to feel various textures at or on the cervix such as ectropian and nabothian cysts.  That would be normal.
