i have 3 warts on my scrotum. and could feel a small kinda bump near my inner groin. hard to see. could it be a wart?im heterosexual. concerned!!

Well: Most likely these are HPV venerial warts. Also the tender area can be infection or it can be inflamed infected lymph node from an STD. See primary care physician in person or go to health department  for specific diagnosis and treatment. Avoid sexual contact until diagnosed and treated

: No. warts are raised cauliflower like growths. Your symptoms sound like sebaceous cysts. Pl do not sueeze them. For confirmation pl see a Urologist if bothersome

think i have genital warts base of penis and pubic/scrotum area. had them about 14 months. now hac one on top of penis flat and one underneath small raised. couple new ones pubic area. how can new ones appears 1.5 years latter? will they go away soon?

: I'm pretty sure you're the same person who has asked similar questions repeatedly over a few months. Sorry if I am mistaken, but if so you apparently have ignored repeated advice to have your possible warts confirmed by personal exam by a physician. Warts are relatively uncommon in the pubic area, so this likely is something else.

i need double hernia surgery. i have brown spots on my scrotum that look like warts but are growing hair out of most of them. can my hernias cause angiokeratomas on my scrotum? also can angiokeratomas grow hair and look like a wart?

: Inguinal hernia does increase the risk of angiokeratomas. However, you should see a dermatologist for ruling out warts.

Sentinel skin tag: A sentinel skin tag is usually results from a fissure or tear of the anal tissue following passage of a large constipated stool.  The tag itself is not painful, but the fissure can be uncomfortable both with passing stool and at rest, just like any other cut of the skin.  
Increasing fluids and fiber in the diet is usually recommended to help in healing but the skin tag remains.

how do genital warts spread on yourself? husband has darker pink/red/brown cali flower bumps on pubic/scrotum. now has one flat tan/pink spot on top of penis base. is he spreading by his own hand? by shower towel? us having sex? i am vaccinated?

: The virus is already in his body so the lesion can appear at different sites in anogenital area, not necessarily self contamination.
