hi i have small red blood dots on my scrotum. had them since i was 16 im now 34 still have them. they sometimes bleed.is it normal?i m abit worried

Angiokeratomas?: What described most likely represents the occurrence of angiokeratomas of scrotal skin, which carries no clinical significance with no need for active Rx - no cancerous. For annoying bleeding or cosmetic reason, skillful application of electrocautery or CO2 laser can eliminate the spots nicely. For you, you may see urologist for confirmation or leave them alone as long as being comfortable.

we noticed today my husband has some small reddish/black spots on his scrotum. they look like when you get a small prick and blood comes out and dries. is this something he sould be concerned about?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, and physical examination. If there are no symptoms you may watch and wait. If the spots ulcerate, extend to other areas of the body, he gets fever or loses weight, see a doctor.

i recently noticed a small tiny black bump under my scrotum. i ended up popping it and blood started coming it.it stopped bleeding after about 20 minutes but now im worried if its something more serious. should i have popped it? will it grow back?

i have what look like small blood blisters on my scrotum. they have been there for years. i am 44. no pain or discomfort. they never grow in size.

Angiokeratomas: Angiokeratomas of Fordyce appear as deep blue small bumps on the scrotal skin.  They bleed easily as they are dilated blood vessels.  They are harmless and usually do not require treatment.  They can be frozen, burned or lasered off if need be.
If they are not like the picture here, it would be best to see a dermatologist for further evaluation.

Need exam: The scrotal lesion could be an ulcer which needs to be looked at to make sure that it is not malignant. There are many other conditions that can cause a bleeding blister like lesion on the scrotum. You need to see either your pcp or a dermatologist for management.

It's : It's difficult to be able to say exactly what it is without seeing it, but from your description, it may be a hemangioma or strawberry spot.  Hemangiomas are a collection of blood vessels under the skin - common and typically harmless in infants.  They tend to appear around 2 months of age and are bright red.  They increase in size until about 1 year to 18 months and then they start to disappear and are usually gone by 2-3 years of age.  The only time they are a concern is if they are over an eye (because they can affect vision) or when a child has 5 or more (if they have that many, they may have them internally also).  Show the spot to your child's doctor at his next appointment to be sure that it is in fact a hemangioma.

discomfort on side of scrotum that is in regular contact with thigh. noticed some blood on scrotum/thigh and found a small "zit" near a fordyce spot that was the culprit. squeezed it and a poppy seed sized, blood colored nodule popped out. thoughts?

should i goto a dermatologist about toenail fungus? also i have a small blood blister on tip of penis right by the hole? i have the scrotum blood blisters also. are they the same thing. have had both as long as i can remember

Try OTC: If you don't have redness, pain, swelling, pus or a fever, you don't really need to see a doctor for the toenail fungus. OTC anti fungal topicals can be tried; effectiveness is spotty.There are anecdotal reports of using Vicks VapoRub. Most effective is oral anti-fungal drug treatment, but it requires a prescription and carries some risk. The tiny bit of blood on the penis/scrotum is likely benign
