V pain by placing cool, moist compresses on skin. Nsaid's ; Acetaminophen can help. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can be used for itching. Hydrate well ; don't peel off deep layers.

Something else?: Mosquito bites are sometime painful, usually itchy but really rare to not heal or get infection.  Could you have gotten bitten by another critter - especially a spider which can cause a non-healing sore place.  You might need this to be looked at.

Wrong Treatments ?: The real question is what not to do that slows down healing. Avoid using alcohol, peroxide, hibiclens, betadine, and bleach solutions. Inflammation ( red, hot, swollen, tender) is important to healing  so anti-inflammatories (motrin, advil) are bad. Cover the area with a clean dressing changed every other day  and protected from trauma.  Antibiotics do not help healing unless it is truly infected.

See your doctor: There can be several reasons for non-healing . Infection, medical problems, poor circulation, local swelling and inflammation to name a few. Have it investigated.

Anal fissure: It sounds like something we call anal fissure which is basically a tear in the back passage. I would recommend keeping stools soft and lubricating the passage. There are also certain prescription medications that can be prescribed by your doctor if needed.

Possible reasons.: I am not sure. Do you keep repicking the same areas? Do you have  underlying milia (and not acne)?  Do you have a condition like diabetes that could lenghten healing time?

Non-healing toe cut: A nonhealing cut can be a sign of circulation or nerve damage. If you have had your blood sugar also known as glucose evaluated recently and it has been determined that you do not have diabetes there may be other explanations. If the cut is located between or underneath your toe i would suspect a fungal (athlete's foot) related fissure. Your podiatrist can help you to determine whether the problem is systemic or a focal infection.
