Probably not: 5% of people are out of the normal range on any lab test, so if you have 20 tests the average person has one thing out of range! slightly low neutrophils are seldom significant. This is a test that can change day to day so on another day it might be fine. But lab tests don't give a complete picture; some with thyroid or liver problems have "normal tests." perfect tests don't mean perfect health!

Lymphocytosis: This is not uncommon to see a slight lymphocytosis in children. I would probably repeat a CBC in 3 months but nothing to worry. It is not cancer.

Unlikely: A neutrophil count of 1.9 is not critically low. If the boy does not have any other symptoms, e.g. fever, enlarged nodes, bleeding or unresolving infection, It is not leukemia. Leukemias usually have immature cells in the blood which would have been picked up in the process of counting neutrophils.

: The cause of miscarriages is often elusive but when the material is studied genetically it may have abnormal chromosome material. At some point the OBGYN may send you to a clinical geneticist for an evaluation of your risk of another.

No: Hard to give an opinion without any clinical context, but this pattern is seen often, both in healthy individuals and in the context of illness work up. Neutrophil levels are constantly in flux. Ask your doctor if they feel it is necessary to recheck at a later date (depends on medical context). Either way, not cause of concern at this point.
