Prolotherapy/options: Hard to be sure but try and see. I might consider PIT injections in subcutaneous areas with PRP into the joint. Fee in the $1,000 ranges.

Neglect/Activity dep: If only rarely symptomatic, i would not suggest any therapy. Surgical options include arthrodesis or proximal row carpectomy, both cause loss of motion.  We suspect that the more one uses the injured wrist heavily, the degeneration and pain will increase. Thus the prognosis is related to use.

Problem: If you get your hand fused it will limit motion and it does not always completely eliminate pain.

Wrist: Scapholunate dissociation is caused by scapholunate ligament tear which creates widening of scapholunate space.  This is the most common ligament injury of the wrist which if untreated may lead to dorsal intercalated segment instability (disi) and scapholunate advanced collapse (slac).

Osteopath: Wrist pain can have myriad diagnoses and i think a general osteopath can overlook subtleties of wrist pain as well as physiotherapists. I think having an evaluation by a hand surgeon is important.

Hard one: Unfortunately, based on the limited info you presented, it is essentially impossible to suggest anything. The WBC of 11.3 is only minimally elevated. Anc of 8916 is ok, but knowing the differential may help. Tibc without other iron studies provides very little insigh. The # itself appears elevated. An ESR of 28 is mildly increased but provides little info. Uric acid is high - gout is to be r/out.
