You should wash the area carefully with soap and water and apply an antibiotic ointment.  Repeat this once or twice daily until it heals.
Consider seeing a doctor within the next 24 hours if the bleeding doesn’t stop, if the area is larger than about 2.5 cm, or if it goes completely thru the skin.

Unlikely that: you sustained any intra cranial injury if you had no loss of consciousness or any nausea/vomiting in the week following your injury.  Sounds like main injury is outside the skull.  If symptoms are improving, you are probably going to be ok.  See your doctor if symptoms persist.
