Hymen fragment: It most likely is a benign structure such as a hymen fragment but it could be several other possibilities some of which may need to be confirmed with a culture or biopsy and subsequently treated. See your gynecologist for an examination.

See answer : Unable to tell without a proper exam. Possibilities: likely one of the 3 common types of vaginitis (yeast, trichomonas std, or bacterial vaginosis); or an std (hpv genital warts, trich, hsv). Recommend evaluation by gyne or md for proper diagnosis.

Generally you don't : Unless you are on blood thinners or have some other reason to bleed more freely, removing a skin tag should not lead to significant blood loss.  Skin tags with a wider base tend to hurt and bleed a little more when removed.  Most run-of-the-mill skin tags bleed very little if at all when removed.

If they are: is very simple to remove see your doctor ,after removal will do biopsy to make your mind easy , putting pressure is not going to help.

Skin Tags: It is advisable to first verify with your dermatologist that what you want to remove is indeed a harmless skin tag and not something more serious.  If a skin tag is removed properly, it will not grow back. If it is removed improperly, it can either grow back or cause scarring.

The "skin tags": Could possibly be hpv infection--genital warts. On men they are frequently flat, slightly raised papules, and can be very different sizes and textures. If you have ever had unprotected sex with anyone, this might be the cause. Might be a good idea to talk to a urologist as they could remove the lesions no matter what the origin. Cost would be up to insurance coverage, or what you could negotiate.

See doctor: A change in character of the mole needs be checked for melanoma.  On the other hand, the bad odor is more suggestive of an infection. You need to ask your doctor to look at it and see if a dermatology consult may be in order.
