Dysphagia any cause: Distinguish "transfer dysphagia" (problem moving food from mouth to top of esophagus) vs. "transit dysphagia" (problem getting food down esophagus & into stomach). Motility disorders, strictures, ulceration (pill-associated, viral, or more typically gerd), tumors (benign or not) must all be ruled out. Endoscopy offers the advantage over x-rays by permitting biopsy & removal of lesions, dilation.

Headache: It is probably completely unassociated with your pregnancy but I cannot give you a definitive diagnosis if it persists see your OB to make sure what is causing it

This would be like: Doing traction by letting gravity do the pulling off loading your neck.  Traction may help if the position is tolerable for you for this degenerative issue in your neck.

Nasal drainage: Such nasal drainage could be vasomotor rhinitis, allergic rhinitis or of sinus origin. Since this is a chronic, persistent problem for you, I recommend an evaluation by an otolaryngologist for diagnosis and treatment.

Uvula?: This isn't my area of expertise, but sometimes you (or at least i) can feel the uvula, which is that small piece of skin that you can see hanging between the tonsils when you shine a light in your mouth. If this is a chronic problem, you may just have a larger-than-normal uvula. Ear/nose/throat doctors have various methods of dealing with this, if it is bothersome.

Contusion: This is a blunt force injury to throat structures, but if you have no difficulty with speaking or swallowing and have normal range of motion of your neck, the injury doesn't appear to be serious. Some discomfort is expected to last several days or so. If you have further concerns, consult your physician.

Dead skin: The white chunky stuff is basically the equivalent of dead skin, probably caused by an infection. It'll slough off when the infection clears.

Normal: If it didn't move, you would tear your trachea and esophagus apart by turning your head sharply to one side. Isn't connective tissue wonderful?   if part of your anatomy hurts when you passively move it forcefully in one direction or another, that is your body telling you to knock it off. If something is hurting without being provoked, it is worth looking at
