i've been taking an anti fungul medicine for three months for a fungus on the skin of my stomach and it hasn't gone away, why isnt it working?

Not a fungus?: I would definitely have it seen by your doctor, hopefully a dermatologist; if it is unresolved for the past three months, the likelihood is that it is not a fungus (or at least one susceptible to whatever you are taking).

If you are sure it : Fungus you can use an over the counter anti-fungal cream such as Clotrimazole or terbinifine (lamisil).  If it does not resolve in a week then consider seeing your doctor to have the diagnosis reevaluated.

i been noticing white spots on my stomach and back, what can that be & would aloe vera gel help if it's a fungus?

It is most: Likely fungal.  Aloe vera will not help.  You need an antifungal cream such as lotrimin (clotrimazole).  Apply it daily for about 3 weeks.  It doesn't kill fungus but stops its growth until the skin grows it out.  If no improvement consider getting seen.

First get diagnosed: Yeast is a life form, and there are many kinds. Some live with humans, as a normal part of us. If these "friends" of ours get to be more than desired, we call it a yeast overgrowth... such as when seen in the mouth, on the skin, in the vagina, etc... If they get even more overgrown, or if any yeast go where they are not supposed to live, we call them infections... which can worsen if untreated.

No: The so-called Candidiasis syndrome has never been supported by scientific findings.  All of the above-mentioned issues are very common occurrences although unusual for one to have all of the probles at the same time. Having said that, sehorrhea is considered to be an untoward reaction to Pityrosporium orbiculare,  a fungus found normally on  adult skin.

cod liver oil okay to take? i have a shellfish allergy. also double q. are probiotics good for fungus on tongue or yeast overgrowth in stomach?

Several questions: 1. Cod liver oil, if you can tolerate it, is ok to take, even with a shellfish allergy
2. Probiotics are usually strains of lactobacillus species which may help to repopulate a GI tract flora altered by antibiotic treatment, and can be beneficial.

See doctor: Fungal ball in the sinus is not expected to cause urinary , abdominal, or urinary symptoms . If this affects your lung, then one needs to rule out the presence of fungal ball in the lung also.  With the large spleen, I suspect that you are having a systemic disease and this requires tests and examination to clarify.   By the way, the odor of urine is not usually diagnostic of anything .
