Vulvar Lump: From your description, this sounds like it is in the pubic area and not vaginal. If that is true, it could be a lymph node if more in the thigh crease area. If closer to midline, an inflamed lubricating gland is more likely. You need to be seen by your doctor.

Needs evaluation: You will need confirmation of the scalp fungus  by a physician & likely require several weeks or months of oral medication to eliminate it if confirmed.Topical anti-fungal & shampoos can reduce some of the process, but the fungus gets down in the hair root & must be killed through the blood supply of the hair & scalp.

Cure fungus: First the fungus must be gone otherwise you will not be able to decrese the color. Once the fungus is eradicated peeling creams can slowly remove discoloration that resulted from the bodys reaction to the infection.

Use fungicide cream: If ir is definitely a fungus rash it can be treated with an over the counter fungicide.  Other wise you shouod have the rash evaluated by a doc.

Hydroquinone: Hydroquinone is the gold standard for fading dark marks.  It is available in over the counter preparations at a 2% strength or prescriptions can be given for stronger strengths.  Test it on a small area for a few days before using on larger areas to ensure you are not allergic.  Discontinue if redness, peeling, or dryness develops.  Be sure that the jock itch is well controlled before fading.
