Abscess vs cyst: You may be describing sebaceous cyst, ingrown hair or even an abscess (pus pocket). Best to see your Family Doc for examination, diagnosis &amp; treatment. S/he may lance (drain) it if it feels full of fluid. Less likely to be lipoma which are benign but don't usually double in size overnight.

Could be infected: If the area is pink or red and or oozes any discharge from the bite it could be signs of a bacterial infection.A dogs mouth often contains a variety of germs that they can pass into a bite, beyond the well known rabies virus. If this continues have it evaluated.
