Various uses: Pinetarsol Solution relieves itchy and inflamed skin which is associated with hives, insect bites, dermatitis, chicken pox, nappy rash, sunburn, prickly heat, anal and genital itching and other irritations of the skin. Possible side effects are skin irritation or rash not present before use of this medicine. If there are adverse effects please stop use and go to a medical clinic.

Probably not an STD: The large majority of skin problems of the penis or in the genital area are not STDs. Most STD rashes don't itch and would not occur simultaneously on penis and buttocks. Herpes might be possible, but very unlikely. Scabies also is very itchy and can be sexually acquired. But don't keep guessing:  see a doctor or dlinic. If at STD risk, of course get tested -- even if this problem isn't an STD.

Hello, : Hello, males have a thick, white paste called smegma which is found under the foreskin. It is made up of moisture, oils from the skin, and skin cells that have been shed. However, since you listed the tag of "penile discharge", i will assume that is the paste you are referring to is coming from the urethra (pee hole). You also have a scab at your urethra. This doesn't state your age, if you are sexually active (without protection), pain with urination, etc. With the minimal info provided (thick penile discharge with lesion) recommend that you be medically evaluated.

Little or no risk: Transfer of infection to a new body area is called auto-inoculation. It is uncommon with the genital types of HPV, although it may explain some oral (throat) HPV infections. Genital warts almost never show up anywhere else. This is nothing to be worried about.

You may be prescribed antibiotics and given some other instructions to help the cyst heal.  Unfortunately, it's not something you can treat on your own.
