Needs testing: There are several things that can do this but it sounds like it may be a herpes infection. No one could confirm that without seeing it though. Schedule a visit with your doctor for evaluation. Avoid intercourse until the testing can be done.

i had a skin color/ translucent small bump on top lip skin it was full of water liquid. it dried and disappeared in 12 hours and was gone by the next day this happened twice is this a cold sore. or something else from licking lips ,dryness or biting?

Seeing is believing: A gyn md needs to see both sets of bumps to make a diagnosis. Hair follicle bumps from shaving is a possibility at the vagina, but again, you are a must see to confirm.
