Other creams help: For rough bumps (or "chicken skin" or keratosis pilaris), it's helpful to use a moisturizer with a "keratolytic" ingredient -- this breaks down the more thick rough skin that sometimes builds up in pores and leads to rough bumps.  Keratolytics include salicylic acid, ammonium lactate, and urea.  Cerave SA cream and Amlactin are two over the counter examples that have one of those ingredients.

Dove, Caress &amp; Ivory: Aveeno (oatmeal) body wash, like most soaps, find its' way into the vagina changing the pH and enhancing your yeast infection. Dove, Caress, and Ivory are mild and will not affect the pH of the vagina if used ONLY on the outside of your vagina on the skin.(vulva).

One of many: Aveeno (oatmeal)  does make good products for skin and most of them are non-comedogenic (don't cause breakouts).  However, there are many great brands of moisturizers and other products for your skin.

Either: Unless you are allergic to a specific ingredient in either one, both aveeno (oatmeal) and cetaphil have very good sensitive skin formulations.  See which feels best for you.

See derm/allergist.: If you have been applying Aveeno (oatmeal) lotion within minutes after bathing on a regular basis and still itch, it's time to consult a dermatologist or allergist.

Limited ingredients: Aveeno (oatmeal) and cetaphil from otc use very few products.  Physician grade skin care would be avene  its great for sensitive skin.

No: no, emollients should not cause numbing in the face.
