Yes: Anal fissures are very sore, but they heal. The most important thing is to assure loose bowels. There are a number of creams and ointments:
Numbing cream, if pain interferes with normal bowel movements ( Xylocine based )
Petroleum jelly
Zinc oxide, 1% hydrocortisone cream, Preparation H, and other products
Rectiv ( very expensive ).

: Sitz bath will help with pain and healing. Avoid constipation- You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.

Comfort: Usually I do not recommend epsom salts. Just comfortably warm water is usually sufficient. Ask your own surgeon for instructions.

Yes: Adding salt to the bath will help to draw out the swelling in the area which will improve the pain. It will not speed up healing process but it may make you more comfortable for longer period of time.

Avoid constipation: You should be on high-fiber diet and stool softeners to avoid constipation. Topical nitroglycerin, calcium channel blockers, Botox injection or surgery can help if it's severe.

you can improvise it with filling the bath tub and sitting in it.
