ear neck pain. : Usually not.  The symptoms seems like cervical nerve root irritated.

i had an mri  and was told i have a severe sinus infection in every sinus in my head ...i also have severe shoulder pain....is this due to infection?

Unlikely: Mri is not a good test for looking at the sinuses but it can often detect fluid and inflammation.  These findings on MRI are not usually related strictly to sinus infection.  Though possible, a connection between your sinuses and your shoulder is unlikely.  More history about your shoulder pain would be helpful.

a couple times this past week ive had eye floaters (like visual migraines), as well as a curtain of darkness (bottom half my left eye) that lasted about 30 seconds. ive also had a shoulder pain, low bp and a sinus infection this week. ideas?

Some directions: 1. Eye issues: see ophthalmologist, get general exam and evaluation for glaucoma.
2. Sinus: contact doctor and consider antibiotics?

Combo?: Could easily be a combination of the sinus infection, which can interfere with your sense of balance, and the tension in your shoulder (-s) and neck. Knock down the sinus infection, and consider getting a massage to help the tension. If still there, follow up with your dr.

Sinusitis: If, in fact, you actually have sinusitis, there should not be any relationship with pain into your shoulder unless you are are developing one of the infrequent but severe complications of this illness.  It very much sounds as if you should be seeing a doctor asap.  Hopefully this will turn out to be a minor issue, but would not want to risk your health over it.  Good luck.

Mgt: In a few days after using nasal saline rinses and antibiotics you should feel much better. If you experience fever, chills or worsening, please see your physician.

Ask your surgeon: Most often if there is a lung infection, or potential one, there can be increased risk of surgery. Best to ask tiur surgeon to allow a real time assessment, and evaluation of antibiotic use for your safety during and after the repair.

Can what mean you: Have a sinus infection. Symptoms from sinusitis may include: headache and tenderness / pain near forehead, eyes, cheeks or nose. There may be yellow/ green discharge nasal discharge.  Fever, fatigue, earache ; nasal congestion are common.

Multifactorial: You can irrigate the sinuses with a netti-pot and saline/bicarb rinse, use a decongestant, such as pseudoephedrine, remain hydrated and take Acetaminophen or Aspirin for headache or other discomfort.  If, however, this persists, you develop facial pain, redness, swelling, severe persistent headache, fever, or other problems, see a doctor asap.
