Neck pain: I don't think that the neck pain is specifically related to the sinusitis and fluid in your ears. Usually more of a musculoskeletal problem, but I can't be certain without more information and physical exam. See your doctor again, if it is bothering you.

Generally No!: Sinus infection tend to cause frontal headache.  

Neck pain and stiffness should be looked at carefully in setting of a fever.

Any light sensitivity?  Should see a doctor emergently!

Yes: If you have had a recent sinus infection, and now you are having neck pain stiffness, you could have meningitis. You need to seek medical attention immediately to rule this out.

: Without knowing your medical history my best advice is to see your PMD and after he or she examines you ask him or her if they believe any imaging would be appropriate  ie sinus CT , chest X-ray   Based on those findings a treatment plan can be made

Neck Pain/Sinusitis: Sinus infection can cause neck pain, neck stiffness, myalgia (muscles pain) & headaches. Also it can cause swollen neck glands which can also be painful. 
Excessive phone use on itself is not related to pinky numbness, but around your "funny bone" located about your elbow, the ulnar nerve is located; it is vulnerable to compression at this location. Also pinched nerve in your neck can be a cause.

Yes: Infections in the head, including ear infections, sinus infections, and tooth infections, can lead to swelling of the lymph nodes and pain from the inflammation. They usually take a few days to a few weeks to fully resolve. Please see your doctor if they are especially large and painful - or if your neck hurts when you bend it toward your chest.

Sinus infection: If the infection has gone on for more than 7-10 days you probably need antibiotics. Also nasal saline spray will help.

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

hi when i smile i notice that veins stick out at my neck, i haven't noticed this before. i have a sinus infection, is this normal? or not

Probably normal: if you only see it a certain times. People who talk can notice the veins stick out on the neck towards the end of their sentence. Also those that are angry or holding their breath.  If you other wise feel well this is not something to worry about

what is the best treatment  for a crick in neck that is going to my shoulders. i am recovering from a uri  and sinus infection.

Wry neck: You may have a wry neck as a result of your uri. Lie flat in bed when you go to sleep, without a pillow. Apply a heating pad set on low so you don't burn yourself while you are sleeping. Take Ibuprofen for the pain.It should take about a week to get better.
