Eye pain after sinus: Make sure you are on your Flonase regularly two times a day 2 sprays and you will be fine. You need more time.   Any vision problems ? If so get checked much sooner  feel better!

tmj sufferer both sides. worse on the right side. off and on i've been getting tightness like a vice grip in that area and it wanting to cramp or does cramp and release. cheek/eye pain at times from the pressure.can tmj mimic sinus symptoms?

Sinusitis: Sinus infections often do not cause fever. See an ENT specialist to sort it out.

Antibiotics: You should be under the care of an ENT who can properly persribe the right antibiotics. Sometimes oral steroids are necessary. Along with the perscription medicine(not instead of) one may add Mucinex (guaifenesin) d and a salt water rinse.

Absolutely: Yes. Some people can even have sinusitis with no symptoms, when this is found incidentally on another exam. However, for most people, facial pain and pressure are the most common symptom. Nasal blocakge is also a common complaint. Green runny nose is often present, but not always. Cough and fever are usually not associated with sinus infection, unless there is a cold associated as well.

Usually not: Like blood pressure, it is difficult to feel any change unless it is at the extremes.  Extreme high eye pressure is an emergency and results in loss of vision, pain, and even nausea.  Having it measured with your doctor is the best way to catch the problem early and have it monitored.  Most patients will not feel any different if they have elevated eye pressure that requires treatment.

Few: Unfortunately most cases of elevated eye pressure are from a gradual increase in the pressure which cannot be felt.  An ophthalmologist can measure this.  A far less common elevation, acute glaucoma, cause pain and vision loss quickly.  If untreated, the major symptoms is vision loss but this takes a while in the usual case.  Have your eyes checked regularly by your ophthalmologist.

Headache syndrome: Your symptoms are at least suggestive of chronic daily headaches. Although this is not a specific diagnosis it does indicate  that if your headaches are not due to some obvious secondary cause then, you will need a form of preventative medication or intervention. My advice is to begin a headache diary and seek out a good specialist. Don't overuse/abuse over-the-counter medications.
