Dehydration: It may be due to dehydration. Drink enough water every day so that your urine is mostly colorless and see if that helps.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

after i blow dry my hair i start sweating and feeling nauseous and then i start vomiting. i also do this if im in the sun on a hot day. i have a severe sinking feeling and if i dont get set down in the shade i feel like i will pass out. why?

: This might mean a serious drop in blood pressure and nearly fainting (near syncope, in medical terms). A heart rhythm problem is a good possibility, but a neurological problem like transient ischemic attack (early symptoms like a stroke) could be possible. See your doctor ASAP. Good luck.

: Suggest instead of pondering  causation, you become  proactive and find a psychologist or a counselor who can provide a treatment  program to allow your coping  better  with the variations  of life.  If you can locate a cognitive-behavioral therapist, this might help immensely.
